Introducción
En entrevista se realiza hacia "Jose Guadalupe Palacios Balbuena" cuyas aportaciones fueron importantes para el desarrollo del municipio Mexicaltzingo.

-Entrevistador: ¿Cual es su nombre completo?

-Entrevistado: Jose Guadalupe Palacios Balbuena.

-Entrevistador: ¿Que aportación hacia la comunidad considera que a sido la mas importante que a hecho hasta la fecha?

-Entrevistado: La mayor aportación al municipio consiste en investigar y registrar los sucesos más importantes de Mexicaltzingo a través del tiempo. Pues es la principal tarea del cronista municipal. De igual manera el haber escrito la monografia del municipio pues ahí se encuentra la Historia y los aspectos culturales, religiosos, políticos, sociales y económicos de Mexicaltzingo. Sin olvidar la constante investigación sobre la Historia del municipio y su difusión en congresos, conferencias, mesas de trabajo, etc.

-Entrevistador: ¿Porque?

-Entrevistado: Porque ese es el trabajo del cronista municipal. Investigar y difundir.

-Entrevistador: Para finalizar ¿Considera usted que sus aportaciones seguirán con el paso del tiempo contribuyendo en un futuro?

-Entrevistado: Si seguirán contribuyendo para que otras personas profesionales como los historiadores, arqueólogos, sociólogos etc... partan de mis investigaciones y se realicen mas estudios sobre el municipio desde diversos puntos de vista

-Entrevistador: Muchas gracias por a verme prestado un poco de su tiempo

-Entrevistado: A sido un placer
